Ok, I got this old tower from a friend of mine and it has windows 95 in it... Well, I tried to atleast download windows xp into it and I don't have enough ram in it, and now I can't find any place that has the size of the memory stick anywhere where else can I look, or what can I do so I can bypass this issue?

Ditch the computer. Anything that has Windows 95 on it will never run XP well without putting time + money into it. You'd be better off just getting a new computer.

    ^ This.

Your Ram slots are on your motherboard, but a computer that old probably won't let you upgrade the ram on it without getting a completely new motherboard. And if you do that you will more then likely have to buy a new power supply and fan as well so basically you would have to construct a completely new system using an old tower case. Honestly it would be easier to just go out and buy a new tower.
