Each floor on Sora's story gives you the respective member's card.

 

Get a "Key of Rewards" card and open the door with it, and there will usually be an Org card in each room. The card is really hard to get, you can only get it from battling heartless, but its rare to get it, though it comes up more as you get towards the end.

Well. You can get all the weapon cards from KH2 in treasure rooms as well.

I got Photon Debugger, and a few others in treasure rooms.

 

Don't you complete Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+ and you get the kh2 org member cards?
Like Roxas, Saix and Xigbar?
