You need to use higher quality stocks, his face looks all grainy. That's like one of the most important things in graphics, high quality = good, low quality = bad. It needs more original effects, too. You always do those pentool lines, which make it look like everything else you make. And I have to say again, you make too many b&w tags, that makes it even more boring. I like the smudged effects behind him, though. Right looks a bit empty as well.
If you want to fix your quality, try adding a outline filter over everything and get rid of what you don't want of that layer. Now that you have PS, definitely learn how to apply different styles to tags. =)
