    I highly doubt it will be backwards compatible.
    I just barely managed the money for an extremely nice new PS3 at 500G memory 300$. Seven years after the bloody thing came out.
    And anyway, I never get new systems when they come out. I wait a few years until all the bugs get worked out and the price drops. Although I really do wish I'd gotten this thing sooner.

    BUT IT'S WHITE AND BEAUTIFUL AND I LOVE IT.

    I did in fact get Plus, and may or may not be currently downloading a free copy of Little Big Planet 2. I'll probably get Infamous 2 later as well, but my internet connection can't handle too much at a time.

    I got my PS3 about a year and a half ago and I think I'll have it for a long time coming--I've got like 10 games I've yet to finish and dozens more I still want to play. And I don't have to pay $60 for each of them, either.

    I really want to finish Folklore ;c

    PS Home I played around in a bit but I would much rather spend my money on real life clothes rather than pretend ones... and there are some weirdos that hang around in there.
