I don't know why but I feel racist, I am just angry at a large group of people who live near me, these people are Australians,[makes sense seeing as I live in Australia]

Please Note That If I Actually DO Offend Someone I Apologise & Please PM Me The Problem....

It's just that when I was little, I moved to Australia. I hadn't a care in the world before then, I was a very happy and healthy little girl. I even had my 6-year-old crush... but thinking it was a vacation [I travelled to a lot of places when I was little, including Disneyworld] I moved to Australia. When I first started school, I made a friend with another little girl, and we became best friends and did a lot together. That changed a year later when she backstabbed me and turned all my other friends against me. They laughed at me, mainly of my last name [Is not anywhere in Australia as far as I know of] and my accent [I am English and proud of it].

Well I moved school and have found a nice group of friends after another 10 years of searching... THAT'S RIGHT! it took me 8 years to find a group of people I could call friends

Okay so enough of my life story, remember the little girl at the start... well she made my childhood hell. I was teased for my accent. I also hate how everyone thinks it's cold and when I saw I don't feel it... They pratically spit out that it's because I'm 'Pommie'... i've been living in Australia for nearly 10 years.. you think my body would of adapted to this heat... I don't think about the cold... so I don't feel it... it's a nice trick my brother taught me. Also a few days ago... I was very upset and scared about my Grandad, he is in the hospital, with cancer, and theycan not operate on him because of his heart. But non of my 'friends' would comfort me, I was crying my eyes out and all they could about was McDonalds, I couldn't believe it... I know where they originate and I thought to myself, 'Typical Australian' and ran off... I feel bad for thinking that... One of my other friends did find me and she she treated like a mother.. I love her for it. I don't know if she's Australian, but she's one of the only people who cares about me here. but either way I have been practically shunned because of my origins, I am the only English person I know, and I don't recognise any English accents in my school.

I wish they would accept me ya know

Sorry I had to get it out.... please don't hate me... i had to tell someone... or people... i just had to get it out...

I know exactly how you feel, except I was teased for being part Greek and Italian T____T

I was teased because of my first name, just because no one else had it (I don't know anyone else who has the name Mielé).

It's also sad that Aussie's don't get that they originated from England too so they're the losers that tease you for being English even though they are too.

Don't worry, there is a country next door that shares your feelings.

Anyways, a man is walking over a mountain road, and finds another man sobbing at a sharp bend in the road, where the barrier was broken. "What happened?" The first man asked.
"Oh, it was horrible. A bus of austrailians just went over the cliff."
"Doesn't matter, they were only australians." the first man comforted.
"I know..." The second man replied. "The thing is, there were two empty seats!"

Two more Austrailians could have died.

Anyway, a good retort is "That's been done since year one/first grade. I am glad to know that you can match a five year old in creativity."

Works everytime for me. Or make your own, far better joke about your name. It is no fun to tease if you consider it a joke too.

Mielé is a very cute name. Not a common name, but that's a good thin' in my books. :3

ANF, you shouldn't feel bad for thinkin' "Typical Australians". You needed comfortin' n' they just ignored that. ' personally, i don't think it was that racist. You could've thought of a lot worse thin's to say.

You're lucky to have a friend like the one that comforted you. Better to have one of those than 10 that don't.

It's pretty pathetic that they tease you for your origin. REALLY PATHETIC! Like KK said, most of 'em will be of British origin.Just ignore 'em. If it continues just tell someone. Those folk are bein' racist by makin' fun of your origin. =/

N' lol. My family think i'm weird cause i like the cold n' i always have my windows open in winter. I've been given the title of Ice Queen. xD

You're not the only one that is sensitive to that T___T

I used to cry over the smallest things because of being teased (now I don't but I still do cry occasionally over a stupid little thing now days)

When some one critisises you over something that really they shouldn't have, just ignore them or critise them back if you really need to (It's what I do)

OHH I GET IT NAO 8DD

and why didn't I think of a smart a** come back like that to get back at the teasers .___.

I never knew my name could be cute xDD

and back on topic, like Kitty said, it's always better to have a few really good friends rather than a whole bunch of haters :/

No, trusting is good. People may let you down, but trusting them is better than being suspicious.

Then again, so is performing open heart surgery on those who mock you. WITH A RUSTY FOUNTAIN PEN!

Don't worry, every one makes the mistake of trusting someone that turned out wasn't very trust worth after all

But by that image, you will be eating alone. They may be behind the counter, but they will be there with each other. They will be slapping each other on the back, and laughing at you for eating alone.

    Great...

Again the mod beats the underdog user.

The Snake beats the Captain Falcom.

    The mewtwo beats the magikarp.

    The chicken beats the worm.
