For starters, i got an F in World History (second Trimester in a row), a D in Spanish, a D in Computer Apps, but A's and B's in the rest. Any advice?
 Fail. Besides that, study. I just take tests a just do good on them, without studying. I'm gifted like that.
Well...eh study? I mean I cant study, but my friends do and they do...ok? Or you could be really cool and get private tutoring :D
Some of those classes sound optional. Drop the ones you're bad at when you get the chance, and you'll be fine. Those classes aren't particularly important to your education. If you want to do well in the class, then it'll take some effort to improve. Sit up front in the class, away from distractions. If you don't understand something, ask the teacher or another student to explain it. You could work on stuff at home too. Really, unless you want to improve enough, then you won't. In that case, you just have to get away from the subjects as soon as possible, so they don't affect your GPA.
I never study, usualy I do fine. Just at least listen to the teacher when you're not taking notes and try and remember em. That's usualy what I do. This is probrably some really crappy advise but it's better than nothing. :/
Well, what I personally do is always listen to the teacher /lies, well, kind of. Take down notes, because notes help a lot and it helps you remember stuff, that's how I study for final exams. I re-take all m notes cause during the test you remember which part in your notes it's from and where you wrote it and how you did and sometimes you get this visual photo in your head c: And take initiative. I think that's the main thing. I should have started with that... You have to want to pass. Set a motivation, that's what I do. Do your homework once it's given so when you get even more you can work on that then. Like, don't mind if it's due the next week. Get started on the day it was given, so you won't have regrets in anything later. ...yeah. You just have to want to excel in that certain thing, I think.
Well since I just got my own grades back up. You have to at least study before the test and maybe even a few minutes to an hour each night if you need to. The homework, just do it and if you don't get it perhaps you can ask questions during class or ask a friend who did it.
Provided you actually do try out the advice, and make an effort, you will see yourself improving. But the advice only works if you follow it and make it work. Make sure to actually put in the work, and you will be fine.
