I don't understand Tenchi Muyo GXP.

How can a kid as unlucky as Seina possibly be as lucky as Seina? It just doesn't make sense.

 

Fanservice doesn't have to make sense.

 

It isn't real.

 

Maybe he is so unlucky it does a full 180 and becomes lucky.

 

I don't see why that's excuse for not making sense. Most of it doesn't make sense in the context of reality, but what I mentioned specifically doesn't make sense in the context of the show or reality.

 

It's magic.

 

But it's a sci-com, not a fantasy.

 

Seina's bad luck screws over reality and affects people & things around him. It's magic.
