Not bad. It's looking pretty cool. :)

My only real complaint is to move that big bar-code of text to the far right. Because it's very annoying where it is. xD

Not amazing, but decent. Keep it up.

 

This one is great. The background looks awesome and the render goes well with it.
However the text would have to go somewhere else, most likely to the right. There's also that brush you used on the bottom of Riku that doesn't fit too well.
9.5/10 with the changes probably.

 

Erm... What's the diffrence between V1 and V2?

I like it. The render matches nicely, and the background is very nice. My complaints are the text, because it looks like it says "RikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRikuRiku" turned on its side. Also, it looks like you have a bit of a displace on the front of Riku that really doesnt fit.
