Kingdom Hearts II i dont get why....

in kingdom hearts FM they have a xemnas battle aand yet in kingdom hearts 2 sora dont remember it im confused someone help also why have a xemnas battle if sora doesnt no anything about the organization

 

I guess it is cause he never showed his face. Revealed who he was or who he worked for.....but that is just a guess.

 

That has also bothered me. I think it's because they never saw his face, so they didn't know it was him.

 

but y have it in kingdomhearts 1 fm if sora starts learning about the organization in kh 2 thats wat bugs me lets see i put this together like 2 to 3 weeks ago
(xemnas shows up)
sora: whoes this donald goofy have a clue.
Goofy and donald: not a clue
sora:not a enemy i no and wats with the black robe
(the fight starts sora and them win then he leaves)
(kingdom hearts 2 at yen sins tower)
yen sin:heres the organization you going to face.
sora thinking: hey wait didnt me donald goofy face and beat someone like that?
d&g thinking:hey!!! we beat someone like that.
(face xemnas beat him)
sora thinks: sounds the same can that be the dude we faced last time




thats wat i think sora goofy and donald are thinking wen they first see xemnas then first sees the organization

 

I think he was at Hollow Bastin so he could get roxas,and mabye they didn't say any thing about it because it was in the fm version not the regular version of the game. sora turned into a heartless in Hollow Bastin so that is where he went to
find roxas.,but I don't know for sure.

 

Yeah, it's weird. They probably made it that way so people who didn't play FM wouldn't be confused. :/

Well, I always thought that memory was effected when Naminé messed with Sora's mind so he forgot the battle, I think I'm wrong though. Everyone else sounds like they have a better idea then me.

 

But it showed the cutscene before the battle in the beginning of KH2.

 

Sora probably just let it slip from his mind. After all, he was frozen for a year to grow and have Namine restore his memories. Also, this is Sora who in KH2 when Auron pointed out someone unlocked the underdrome said something akin to 'Now who would do something like that?'... Sora isn't the smartest person around. He's awesome but he really isn't what I'd call focused, and is kind of absent minded.

Since I think that KH I FM+ was really a vamped up version of the original, I don't think it really counted as a part of the story. It was like, only the side story. But if it did then in Chain of Memories, Sora would have probably forgotten because of Namine. Or, he just forgot because since Xemnas was covered up, it didn't stick to his brain.

I think Sora does remember it but it just slipped his mind, I also don't think the Data Organization Battles are real, they must be non canon, not sure about Terra though since you unlock it after the game ends, but I think this one is canon since it appeared in Roxas' fifth day or something.
