I seriously have some problems. PROBLEM 1: Last night, I went to Family Birthday Party, pretty bummed since I didn't really like a chick there. She was a new girlfriend for one of my cousins, and she seemed too perfect. I think I'm too prejudice. PROBLEM 2: Last night again, I was leaving about 9:20 since the 'rents were getting pretty trashed, and I wasn't feeling too well myself. Not from drinking, but I think I have the flu. But I was backing out of the driveway, trying not to hit anything, wel suddenly I couldn't move. I pressed the gas a little, seeing I was hooked on the SUV next to me as I was almost out of the parking spot. She must've been too close, because I caught onto her, and I couldn't go anywhere, until I pressed the gas a little. And well, I noticed that her plastic back bumper on the right was bent in, in a odd way. I paniced, and left the scene, hopping not to be seen. I went home which is only a little ways away, on the same property. When I parked underneath the Carport, I went to the front of the car, and noticed on the left side bumper, was bent in as if a elf was pissed off, and threw a boulder at it. I paniced again, and called my Mom straight away, and telling her what happened. She said she would call be back, since she was drunk, and probably confused. No one called until about five to seven minutes later, and it was my Dad. He wasn't really drunk, since he had to work the next day. He was assuring me that it was going to be okay, and it was just an accident. It happens. I was crying hysterically. PROBLEM 3: The next morning, this morning, I didn't get much sleep that night, because I felt horrible, and really stiff. I laid in bed that morning until 9:30, waking up at 9:00. I decided to get up, and went to my Mom in the next room. I told her I wasn't feeling well, and she just nodded, not even looking back at me. She stopped what she was doing, and left the room that very minute. I didn't know what to do, and I just went into the kitchen. I took two Alieves, and had some water, hoping it would help my sickness. I noticed my Mom wasn't in the room, and felt horrible at how she was so ignorant last night to me, and didn't say barely two words when she got home from the party. I felt the need to cry, leaving the room and going into my room. I didn't turn the light on, I opened the blinds, and stared out the window for about ten minutes. I felt as though if I died, she wouldn't have cared.
Sounds to me like you need to take a deep breath and to get a hug. So what if you dinged someone car. but you still should have left a note or something. especially if it really was your fault. second dont take what drunk people say for anything... when i drink i am in love with everyone and want to make out with every girl there... atleast thats how it used to be before i got a GF..(I Love you Mrsbaggins :)) So just take it easy and have fun! its all going to be ok. *Tana Panda hug* HA HA HA 1st post!
OK, first off, if this is about the damage you caused, think about this: it could be a LOT worse. I have totalled 3 cars - 2 of my own, and the second time, I totalled someone elses car when they hit me (I was at fault cause I was turning left). The first time, I failed to stop at a red light (never read directions while driving), and hit a pickup and totalled my car. If the pickup had been riding lower, or my car higher, there would have been injuries. The second time, in heavy fog, I tried to turn left, and a car t-boned me. If I had been going about a half-mile per hour faster, I would be dead right now. So, in the light of those, and the countless other accidents around the world, what you did is nothing. Just forget about it. If this is about how your mother was acting, consider: she was drinking pretty heavily at the party, right? She was probably so hung-over she couldn't remember her own name. It's probably nothing personal. The sound you made (talking) probably made her hang-over worse.
