Why would I want a ****** 5 inch iPod running my least favorite OS when I can get a 7 inch tablet with a superior OS and double the processing speed for less money?[DOUBLEPOST=1356654716][/DOUBLEPOST] Best tablet I've used to date and extremely cheap. Would recommend.
>Tablet, used for activities similar to a laptop, but with mostly limited function, such as word processing and general tomfoolery >iPod, used for listening to music in a portable format, usually fitting within the confines of a pocket
I know this. Why would I want an iPod touch for 399 when I have a nexus 7 that can do everything the iPod touch can but better for only 250. Also it's pretty portable, not pocket portable but enough.
My mother got a Nexus for Christmas. She has no idea how to work it. My step-father, on the other hand, has figured out how to run Angry Birds. And I remain the most tech-savvy person in the house, which is rather sad.
That's not what I'm trying to say. If I were to own an iPod touch, I would only use it for music. I hate using mobile browsers. That's about it really. If I were to own a nexus 7, I would use it for movies, browsing, gaming since it has a tegra 3 quad core processor so gaming is amazing on it. Also expandable storage so I can put all the music I want on it. The nexus 7 starts off a 160 for the 8 GB model and 250 for the 32 GB model. The iPod touch starts off at 299 for the 32 gb and 399 for the 64 gb. Don't you think that's a bit idiotic? That a device with less functionality and lower specifications is more expensive? I do. In terms of portability, the Nexus 7 is a 7 inch tablet. It's not huge. I could fit it in my pocket if I wanted to, but it would be kinda stupid.
