Okay, first you're going to want to fill your items section with nothing but elixirs or strong potions. You will also want to at least equip bezerk (unlimited combo when you have no magic), trinity limit, limit break, and the one that you retain 1hp (I forgot the name) in the abilities section. When you start, do the triangle reaction command and then perform trinity limit 3 times. Then you will be in berzerk mode so you can just hit him all you want. At a certain point, he'll start sommoning dark balls, reflect them. With the fire pillars, just use the dash ability you got with wisdom form. When he's in the air and says "Assend, Heartless angel", you need to hit him before he finishes the spell or he'll knock down your hp and mp. His final mode is when his powers are boosted and the atmosphere changes. Just do what I've done before, but he also does a wierd move where he sommons metors. With that, just glide back and forth through the field and pray he doesn't hit you. For me, when he's at two health bars left, I use trinity limit one last time to finish him off.

I beat him at level 58 with this stragagy (minus the bezerk mode, I couldn't unlock it yet).

I usually just spam the reflect spell and run around the place. I usually keep my slots filled with eilxers.

One thing that helped me a lot in this battle was when he uses a move that upercuts you into the air, wait for him to teleprt up to you and then press square for a retaliating slash (if you have it equiped) and then go into a combo. I personally don't like using Berserk Charge because in the last stage you will likely find yourself healing a lot, making him a real pain to finish off. Second Chance, Once More, and Leaf Bracer are all very useful. Learn to block if you haven't yet, it's a life saver. I would reccomend Ultima Weapon as you're keyblade if you are willing to spend the time to get it (MP Hastega+Long Reach makes this a lot easier). If you do choose to go and get Ultima leveling your forms won't hurt, but they are all good enough. And most of all be patient. Be prepared to die more times than you care to count and don't rush in guns blazing.

BTW I suspect you had a typo because the forms cap at seven and you have valor listed as 9.

I used power boosts and rings and stuff to boost my strenght up to 100 or so. It was kinda easy after that. Keep elixirs close and hit that triangle in the beginning.

but make sure you have glide equated as well, and tummer it's called sin heartless angel, anyway I believe you acquire glide when you level final to level 7. Glide plays a big part in this battle because of sephiroths sin heartless angel and meteo attacks.

Actually "sin" was from bad voice acting in KH1; it is "decend" (the 'cen' sounded like 'sin') but I don't plan on making a big deal out of that.

Personally I wouldn't bother with Glide. High Jump+Aerial Dodge will get you everything you need in the limited space. I don't even get hit by Meteor most of the time.

I have the official strategy guide and it helped me a lot with Sephiroth. I would recommend taking Quick Run OFF if you have it equipped. Also, I would recommend having Aerial Dodge and High Jump at Least at lvl 2, if not 3 so you can reach him when he does Heartless Angel. I would also say Leaf Bracer and make sure you have Curaga. I didn't actually have any Elixers for this fight, and i didn't find myself needing them iirc. I will copypaste what the official guide says, if you really want me to.

My strategy for beating him is weird, I used the Pumpkin keyblade (don't know how the spell the first part) and I just attacked him till I beat him using potions and cure here and there. It took me awhile but it worked out eventually.
