I've been thinking some people don't understand why there is a timer in the fight against Demyx. It's the timer that starts when you have to defeat all the clones.

What I've been thinking about is of all the members to have a timer in their fight shouldn't it be Luxord who controls time. Luxord's time gage, with a different title, would have been better in Demyx's fight, with you having to defeat all the clones before the gage filled up. For the Luxord fight you would have to defeat Luxord before you ran out time on the timer but by wining Luxords games the timer is affected with you getting more time, the timer stops for away, or the timer slows down. The same thing would apply with Luxord if he won the games he would get some health back (meaning you have to spend time attacking him again), Sora would lose some time or health, the timer would speed up.

Tell me if this sounds better then what was in the fights, and as I stated in the title you can give your ideas on how some other fights should have been done.

Putting a timer for Luxord would have made the battle more challenging, and it's overall a good idea, but how would you be able to figure how much time you get for winning, and overall?

I think Saix's or Xemnas' battle could have been better. They were the final two bosses, and they were pretty much the easiest of them all. Saix could have used his Beserker tactics more, while Xemnas just could have been more powerful. It took me three hours to beat them both on Hard.

Luxord already has his Time meter bar thingie, that's like a timer isn't it?

I think it should stay as is. The fight with Demyx was already challenging enough and Luxord was just frustrating, trying to move around as a card and a die.

Oh god I remember that fight...my friend and I had rented the game and were trying to get to the Sephiroth scene...and the nightmare of "Dance Water Dance" began. We didnt have a chance, we didnt know... it took us at least an hour to kill them all before we figured out how to kill all the clones, and all the time we were thinking...DOES IT REALLY MATTER IF WE DONT KILL THEM ALL IN TIME! WHAT HAPPENNS? DOES THE UNIVERSE IMPLODE OR SOMETHING!...come to think of it, that might be the reason I didnt like Demyx until recently. Same with Luxord, although he was a cinch in comparison.

Wow I thought the same thing because time is Luxord's attribute. The timer for Demyx was how should I say very frusterating which presented him to be a very challenging boss. Not to forget the many times he blasted Sora in the air with his water and wouldn't let him get to his feet. It took me a long time to beat Demyx.

I honestly think that Luxord should've manipulated time better. Like if you lose a game, not only do you transform, your time goes down faster, like double speed, and his goes down slower, like half speed. And when he's near defeat, his just completely stops for a period of time. Other than that, I think they're fights are fine.
