How old is too old too watch anime?

how old do you have to be when watching anime goes from socially acceptable to not so acceptable?

i cannot think of any anime show that is targeted to audiences over 60. is there an anime show like the golden girls that i have missed out on?

 

i never want to be too old for anime ever but people 60+ wouild be weird to see watch it on their own but if they're big fans and/or it started when they were young and lasted that long I'd understand.

She LOVES anime.

You can watch anime at any age. Who says you can't? Screw what other people say. If you like it you should watch it. There is no limit.

 

Your never to old to watch anime, but some people don't belive it's socialy acceptable because they look to uch like cartoons, even though anime and america cartoons are totaly different >_>

It depends on the genre. Some shows are aimed at young kids, so Pokemon being a teenager is probably to old to still like it.

But some like Hentai will probably attract the older since well...it's porn but animated.

 

I don't think there's an age limit but the more bloody, gorier ones should be watched by the older kids.

I admit I watch Pokemon on occasion but with the children I babysit on vacations and weekends. xD But no Hellsing for them.

2 of my sisters are 3 and 6 and they love Death Note immensly ._.

And all the 1st/2nd graders at the L-ementary love it as well ._.​

I don't think it's ever too old to watch anime...I mean, why does there need to be an age limit on it? It's not like anime is childish...at least not all of them. lol​

I really don't think you can put an age on anime. I suppose some people may fall out of liking it, but there are still those who stay faithful through life. One of my friends actually has several uncles, plus a grandfather, who watch anime.

 

Anime is NEVER old! XDDDD I will watch it till I die!

 

There's anime for any age. That's what makes them different than cartoons.

 

Well, it depends on what kind of anime you like watching. Honestly, I can go on watching anime because there are't that many shows that have as intersting of a plot story as most anime shows.

Now if I could get my old man to see eye to eye with me on that :sideways:.....
