-Seen such a generic thread? XD -Gotten a song name in your head only to get the notes from a completely different song(i.e. thinking of Hallelujah and mixing it with Ode to Joy) -Have gotten to a final boss in a game, only to fight and find yourself completely outclasses, even after doing hours upon hours of training and preparations, and had to spend even more hours to prepare? Because all of those things have happened to me today within the time span of maybe 3 hours or so
Just once, in SaGa Frontier 2. I even had to start a whole new game from scratch : once you enter the last dungeon you can' t exit it, if you pull the wrong levels in that dungeon the last boss gets even harder than it already is, the gameplay makes grinding a *****, and you come across good shops only once in the whole game (that is if you know how to make them appear in the first place).
yeah, I just say that because earlier when I was playing Enchanted Arms, I got to the last boss, died pathetically, retried, and died right away again. And this was after I spent hours getting my parameters up to make myself ready. But my characters kept dying in 2 hits...well, at least 2 of them. And this is with 30+ hours of gameplay already. So now I'm having to go to an arcade, gets a ridiculous amount of coins, exchange for prizes, go to the store, sell the prices, and rinse and repeat a ridiculous amount of times just to buy stuff to increase points to increase parameters so I can get my HP and stuff up to face the final boss. I mean seriously, I did a bunch of work before hand, and the boss just before the final boss wasn't all that difficult, so what's going on? I'm calling a troll moment. When I get back from my year of service and play this, I'm gonna have to remember to do this again before the final boss.....I might have gone on a little rant right there
