Last for if you haven't done any strenuous activity or anything out of the ordinary in the day?

I think this is a symptom for something I've had before but I can't think right now.
Anyone know? Because I feel ****.

KHV I need your combined medical knowledge!

Took some painkillers recently? They tend to give you some extreme dizziness if you took them on an empty stomach.
I find myself getting extremely dizzy if I don't get enough sleep, or stay up too long. That could probably be your case too.

either lay down...or try hitting your head against something. Maybe the dizziness from the banging will cancel out your normal dizziness....or you could just end up being more dizzy and have a headache. But what's life without a little weird?

No drugs in my system. I rarely take anything for illness since I usually can take it, it's just palliative and not curative.

Might be tiredness, but I never feel this dizzy even when I purposefully stay up at night. I can navigate my house fine enough, but now I feel like someone extremely drunk and it's painful to look at things.

Maybe it's just stress, god I'm surprised that I haven't felt worse sooner.

@Aqua: I'll try tha technique when I see some identification and qualificationsx Doctor.

    Maybe it's a blood pressure problem :v
    Or you're just dehydrated.

oh god.. please never advise anyone to do anything, ever again. P:

Maybe try taking some paracetemol, PaW? I try not to take drugs either, but sometimes it's worth it. Otherwise, just lie down and drink some water.

Your blood pressure might be low (as someone else suggested), or your blood sugar levels. Have you eaten properly today? Drank enough of fluids?

I have heard that allergies can be a cause of low blood pressure and therefore result in dizziness. It's that time of year where allergies tend to attack. :/ so if you have any allergies that may be a cause.
Hope you feel better soon ^^

Try eating something, preferably something sugary like chocolate or fruits. That always takes care of it for me.

Thanks for all the advise, dudes and dudettes. Thank you for caring about me moaning and groaning!

Welp, after a long sleep to try and shake it off, I still had the dizziness and a headache. Then when eating breakfast, which was a ham and cheese sandwich, I could only eat a quarter of it before feeling full.
Bells rang in my head at that point, I realised what was happened. I had a virus. Or something akin to it. I had something similar to this at the end of last year, where I would throw up after eating too much of something, and got incredibly dizzy and tired, and a throbbing headache.
Safe to say, I can't walk straight at the moment, so i've taken the day off and now i'm here in bed trying not to keel over and die.

Alright, proceed with my boob job, Doctor.

Nah, this'll pass, if this is anything like the last one, if I starve myself for a few days of proper meals and food, and just eat a bit of bread and chicken, it'll pass.

Thank you for the concern though.

You clearly don't know my eating habits. I've gone 24 hours of not feeling hungry since my last meal, I can handle a few days of small eats is easy enough. Not like i'm going anorexic or something! XD

Aw, sorry to hear that PaW. :C Hope you get better soon. I do get dizzy often because I have low blood pressure, for whatever reason lemonade is always like a magical cure.

    It's a shame because I hate lemonade. :v
