    Get neutral rep? I mean, I know how you get positive and negative, but it's not like there's an option for neutral.

    Neutral rep isn't a choice.

    Neutral (or grey) rep is given when the user who is repping- de-repping doesn't have a high enough rep value of their own to be able to make an impact one way or another.    ​
