How do you think Aqua will escape?

We all should know by this point in time that Aqua is trapped in the Dark Meridian with Ansem. How do you suppose she will escape this realm? Will Ansem return in Kingdom Hearts III along side her?

She (and Xion, Roxas, Terra and Ven) have been hinted at being saved by Sora (Coded + DDD basically said that's the thing he must do, lol). Out of all of them, I think Aqua would be the easiest to save since he just has to pop into the Realm of Darkness and grab her. (Much much easier compared to somehow bringing Roxas AND Xion back to life).

Riku and Sora were able to escape the Dark Meridian via the Door to Light; doors work both ways, so it should be possible to use it to reach the Realm of Darkness again.

Plus there are probably other ways to go about it as well (e.g. the Keyblade's probably got some realm travelin' power locked inside).

 

Well, the Door to Darkness leads to that general area. But the only ones shown thus far to make it there voluntarily have used dark corridors. So they might need somebody who can do that.

Probably not. He's now a Keyblade Wielder, and as far as I know, Keyblade Wielders can't use the power to use the Dark Corridors. I'm not sure about Riku though... But anyways, I believe either Sora saves Aqua and Ansem the Wise (If he isn't a possible vessel for Xehanort.), or like what happened with Sora and Riku, a Door to Light appears and takes Aqua to either Traverse Town, Radiant Garden, Yen Sid's Tower or Castle Oblivion.

 

why cant keyblade weilders use the dark corridors? didnt Riku use them?
but i believe that Sora will somehow get Aqua out and free Terra, from terranort. and Lea will be a major factor in getting him to be able to do that. dunno how, but imo he will

 

She will likely be saved by Sora. All evidence points to that, such as the note he recieved from Mickey, and I don't see it happening any other wat.

 

When I just sent what you replied, I IMMEDIATELY noticed that Master Xehanort and his younger incarnation CAN use dark corridors...

But Lea used them in the same game so I think he could do it. He did use it to get to Mickey. Even though Mickey said it was risky he still does it. What a rebel!

 

That was BEFORE Lea asked Yen Sid to be a Keyblade Wielder. Think about it, he used his chakrams only when he saved Mickey and company. If Riku can't do it anymore, so can he.

 

If it were as easy as opening a dark corridor or using the keyblade to open a door of light, wouldn't you suppose she'd been out by now? Its been several years and I am sure she has attempted many different ways of escape only to fail. Or she is playing damsel in distress.

 

She only got to the Dark Meridian recently. Before that, she was just wandering the darkness, not aging somehow. Maybe the Dark Meridian is a weak point between the darkness and the light and the only place she couldget out.

 

Well then how did he get to them anyway? And even if he can't I'm sure Yen Sid will teach them all how to open gates of light or whatever with their keyblades. Aqua, Terra and Ven did it all the time. And I'm guessing the reason Aqua can't do that to get out is because she doesn't have her keyblade. I know she has Eraqus' but I don't know the rules on that stuff.

Even if Lea can do it, it's too dangerous for him to use it unless he uses the Black Coat. And He's currently the only Ally, besides Ansem the Wise, who has one. Riku and Mickey threw their coats away in KHII. That's a high possibility. Since Aqua doesn't have her keyblade and armor anymore, she can't use the Keyblade Glider for the time being. Like what I've said before, either Sora saves her from the Realm of Darkness (Providing that he finds a safe way to go there) or a Door to Light will take her to a random world.

 

Riku is a keyblade wielder in and he WAS able to open Dark Corridors. So could Terra and I think Master Xehanort could as well :P

 

We don't really know how time works there. It could be that you can't age in the Realm of Darkness, or it could be that time works hella differently (1 day in there could be equal to a year in the Realm of Light). Until Nomura confirms it, we just don't know enough. It's also pretty important to note that in the duality light/dark theme amongst TVA and SKR, Aqua holds the same position as Kairi -- heavily endowed in Light. I really doubt that Aqua could utilize Dark Corridors since darkness is bad and light is the way to go, just like Erauqs taught her.

And I also very much doubt Aqua is playing a damsel in distress; considering she willingly jumped into the Dark Realm to save Terra-Xehanort without really knowing what would happen to her, it's pretty safe to say Aqua is definitely not one to be the damsel stereotype. (If anything, the only reason she's not doing much is just because she's exhausted all of her ideas/is literally exhausted herself).

 

Like what I've said earlier, I IMMEDIATELY remembered that Riku and Xehanort can use dark corridors. But here's a problem. Riku can only use the dark corridors because he either transformed into Ansem or because of the Black Coat. Because he's now in his original appearance and he's not using the Black Coat, it's too risky for him and Mickey (He wears a black coat in KHII) to use the dark corridors unless they want their heart to be consumed in darkness. :P Same thing with Lea, though he might keep the Black Coat for future use, because have we seen Lea in a different attire in DDD? And Master Xehanort isn't an ally to Sora and the others, same with his heartless and nobody, so count them out as candidates for saving Aqua as well. So either Lea or Sora would be able to save her. I don't know about Sora though, since he doesn't have a Black Coat.
