How do you make a fourm

I want to make a forum like this one can somebody teach me please?

Well, the easiest way to make it for free is to use http://myfastforum.org/ . It's very easy to install skins and what not, and it was what the old forum used. They also have a great support forum if your ever stuck.

Another free site I haven't mastered yet is http://invisionfree.com/ . It's a challenge to get skins on there, and you have to be very good at coding. Also, REMEMBER TO SAVE YOUR FORUM LINK. They won't give you another.

all i know is mine is a phpbb and it is HARD to figure out and i had experinece w/ invisionfree
basicly what they said but i would use invisionfree it i where you it is realy easy to use and i like it
