How do you change the thing above the Avy?

Okay. So I've been looking around at the site, and some people have different words above the avy. What level do you have to be to change it, or is there some code or something? Please help;

You have to be a premium to do that. You have to have 1,000 posts.

 

And 100? Reputation points at the minimum. (They didn't change it did they?)

 

To get the custom user titles, you have to become a premium [earning a teal name], meaning having at least 1,000 posts, and at least 100 rep points.

As the others said,1000 posts and 100 rep.
But I swear i already saw non-premiun people with custom user titles though.

 

That's because the miss some of the older members who haven't been on in ages. It used to be that you could change it even if you weren't premium. Then someone suggested these and all active member's usertitles were changed.

 

I remember when you could change usertitles. I didn't really post much then, it was around FM+ time.
