Square-Enix How do I obtain the "Lightning Anger" pin in TWEWY?

The guide I'm using tells me I can find it in the Molco shop, but it's not there. My friendship gauge is at 100% and I'm on W3D7. Do I need to actually beat the game before it becomes available?​

 

Not sure, but i remember getting that pin in cutscene just before the last boss.

 

I bought it while playing Another Day... *I will not spoil the game, just play on*

 

At this point, I've already beaten the entire game, gotten all the secret reports, found all types of noise except for one (stupid frog noise...), nearly collected all the items, and only have about 40 or so pins left to find and master. There's nothing left to spoil me for. ^^;

I was able to get the pin I was looking for post-game, so if a staffer happens to chance on by this, it has my full permission to be closed.​
