Tried following Misty's tutorial, slighty failed because I smudged with settings too soft, or maybe because I used tones too soft from the original.
Misty's style is very peculiar, so I don't think anyone else besides her could get it 100% right. I tried once...let's just say it didn't go so well. Anyways, I like the color choices you made for the most part, but the whole tag seems a bit bright and I think that also hurts the smudging. With next to no contrast, it's hard to differentiate most of what's going on in the background. Maybe next time, try using darker shades of blue in combination with lighter tones and start smudging to create depth. But I bet you already know all this xD
