I really like the way this turned out.
Looks kinda neat to me...

V1 is a lot nicer.

 

Sixty... six? Holy crap... I think I use a lot when I use 20 layers! Looks amazing, though; can't really offer any advice/critism, since I'm don't really put that much time and effort into signatures.

 

Holy crap..My sig is only like...around 10 layers..O_o..If that! But I like it! I like the top one better, though.

 

O.O Nice V1 is better. I wont rate and/or criticise since I get stuck using a tut that says 'very easy tut for noobs'

I could have done this in like 1/4 of that. =/ No offense.

It's not about how many layers it took you, it matters about how many layers it looked like it took you. =/ So don't go off bragging.

Now for the CnC. The transition from light to dark on either side is to sudden, make it more fade into the sides, not abruptly. Not a very noticable sense of flow in this one, it's also extreamly flat. =/

No...seriously, it's interesting and stuff. But like Dorian said, not a lot of flow, not a lot of depth, nice colors, but not your best. Also...floating heads=bad.

So...7.5/10

No, you don't know. And we're not being being mean, we're giving constructive criticism. If he wants to take it the wrong way, then thats not my problem. Being flat is a problem, it takes away from the tag.
