Okay, so you take the basic outline of the plot of Frozen, right?
But then
you replace Elsa with Lightning, Anna with Serah, Cristoff with Snow, and Hans with Cid Raines

And then BOOM

Maybe instead of ice powers Lightning has lightning powers, but other than that, flawless transition

 

I would agree, most definitely agree, except... no Fang. Therefore it's wrong - you're wrong - and you should let it go.

 

Naw we can fit her in, we'll make it work.
We'll have to add two copies of Lightning to balance it out in Japan though

 

Fang could be the dad and Vanille the mum.

 

But that leaves Sazh as Olaf and I don't know if I like that.

 

Sazh could be a background character that no one cares about, much like in XIII.

I was actually talking about that secondary villain whpo sends the guards after Elsa, but that's also important

 

I always thought that the only thing keeping Sazh from being the best character in XIII was the fact that he didn't get a lavish musical number.

 

Alternatively, just put Fang in Elsa's dress and I'm good.
