I didn't use anything really, but the Text Tool, Eraser, Brush Tool, And Crop Tool.
Thats it. So cut me some slack, even though I am asking for it. XD
They might be a little big as well, so I could size them down as well.

Try and keep your sig sizes around 400 x 130 at the most for now. Don't make them too big.

They're pretty decent for being a beginner. Try working on blending and focal points. =)

Sig 1: I can tell you used fanart. That's frowned upon in the graphic world. Also, it doesn't look good to have the main point of focus in the center. ~Click for the rule of thirds~Some tips: Try to find a stock/render that isn't fanart. Try bluring the background to make the stock stand out.

Sig 2: First of all, it's way too big. I suggest sizing it down to about 400 x 120. Then add some color in the background. Try some silly colors and designs. Next, make the text another color. White blends into the gloves, making it hard to read.

Sig 3: Looks good, just resize it to around 500 x 150.

Sig 4: Take out the space between the text and Zack. Not only does it look better, but it saves you from having to resize.

Sig 5: I can't read the text, at all. Also, floating heads tend to look bad. Try to include at least shoulders.

Overall, your biggest problem is size. Try to keep things around 400 x 150. The limit is 500 x 500 (but please don't make anything that tall XD) Other than that, you're pretty good for your first try ;)

They are very nice but some are way too big and they're a bit plain but nice job.
