i've been sf busy trying to get apps in for a program i'm doing spring semester of college since they are due oct. 1st but other than that i've been working out a lot trying to be fabulous max for fall u know. i've reached my first goal weight thingy for exercising everyday for a month so far for 3+ hours and as a reward i told myself i'd by a game. SO KHV WHAT SHOULD I BUY? i've been thinking borderlands since i've never played that but are there some other good game options i should consider? help pls.
I would recommend getting Black Mesa if you haven't already. It's free. Pretty sure it's just a "remake" of Half-Life with the HL2 engine (am I close?). But yea. (this only applies if you have a half-decent gaming pc though, not sure what you have) Also Borderlands is pretty fun, I would recommend it. It's also cheap-ish now, right?
Hi Kites College is annoying and complicated, but at least you're going to a university? Or I'm wrong and dumb and silly. I dunno how good Borderlands 2 is personally, but my friends are in love with it, so I don't think it's a bad idea at all. I'd also recommend. Tekken Tag 2 is almost a given if you're a fighter fan. Or just wait a bit like me, cause Dead or Alive 5 might be good, Resident Evil 6 will be fun (more so with a friend), Halo 4 is a Halo game, and Okami HD! Was also going to recommend Black Mesa. It's actually more than just a re-make. It's like a re imagining, because a few parts are different now to make more sense (FEMALE DOCTORS! SCIENTISTS DON'T ALL LOOK LIKE KLEINER AND ELI!). You can play it for free with any Source game since it uses the Source engine...and Team Fortess 2 and Portal are both free Source games...so yeah, free and totally worth it. One of the best fan-made re-makes I've ever seen, if not the best.
yeah it's $20 now for the first one! yeah im in college atm but shall be transferring to a uni soon. you're not dumb or silly you have a good memory lol. a lot of good games are coming this fall/winter i'm pumped. but i shall check out the ones you suggested and the black mesa remake too i actually meant to dl it sooner but never got around to it. thank you!
