hmm thats an interesting observation. maybe it has something to do with BBS. sora does make an appearance on there.

exactly. thats why i think it has something to do with BBS. this story setting takes place 10 years before part 1. they have already said that pieces of part 1 are gonna appear in BBS.

 

which brings us back to how Sora knows.

 

it has to be a loop hole of some sort.
