It isn't offensive. I celebrate Christmas, so I say "Merry Christmas." In the same way, if someone said "Happy Hanukkah" to me, I would just say thank you and continue with what I was doing.

I agree with the first quote. I celebrate Christmas and so I wish people a Merry Christmas. What I don't understand is why it isn't offensive people to say "Happy Hanukkah" or "Happy Quanza" when it upsets people to hear "Merry Christmas." Makes no sense to me.
