Kingdom Hearts Help?

This is, like, my 7th time playing through Kingdom Hearts, and for some reason, it's not letting me continue on this file.

I gave half the Navi-G earlier (in the game) to Cid; he said he needed the "mate" to it, which I got from Neverland. I beat all the currently available cups and even beat their other challenges.

Did I get the wrong Navi-G piece? It's in my inventory.

When I talk to Cid, it just gives me

EDIT: I'm starting to wonder if Cid never actually took the other one because maybe he only takes them when you have both pieces with you. If that's it, then what did I miss on this file? This is the first time it's happened.

 

He never actually takes them. You just show it to him and then go get the other one. If you have both, he should do it and then you'd go to a cutscene whith Kairi's grandmother's story. Have you completed all the worlds available? If so, you should have both. If you do have both and he won't take them, your game could just be messed up.

 

Then I must have missed one somewhere. There's only one in my inventory.

 

How many times did you complete Monstro?

 

What do you mean? This isn't Kingdom Hearts II. You only complete worlds once in Kingdom Hearts.

 

Wrong. You have to go to Monstro twice. Once on accident where you save Pinnocio (sp) and then a second time to seal the keyhole. I'm pretty sure that's where you get the one you need.

There isn't technically a keyhole, but you do have to go back.

 

I still can't find the Navi-G piece, or the Watergleam, for that matter. I know I found the Watergleam. I even double checked in the area the chest was for it to make sure I didn't miss it, and the chest wasn't there, which means I got it, yet it's not showing up in my inventory, which really isn't too big of a deal since it doesn't affect the storyline, but I need the Navi-G piece to continue the story? It is it possible for your inventory to get full?

Is anyone else here currently playing Kingdom Hearts? If not, that's fine. I just need someone that knows a little more. I do, but even I forget what to do sometimes, even if it's my 10th game (talking about any game) or so.

So... can anyone who knows a little more help? No offense, Azure. You've been a great a help. I just need more details.

 

I just used cheats again to get all "4" Navi-Gs. Not one says "Acquired in Monstro.

Here's what they say:

Deep Jungle
Wonderland
Traverse Town
Neverland

I got the one from Neverland, and I don't remember getting Traverse Town's. I don't think you get one at the beginning, so that must be it?

 

Traverse Town's is in the cavern leading of Merlin's place. Kairi should be down there when you can get it. But that's after Sora turns into a Shadow and escapes Hollow Bastion, so....

 

Unless I'm mistaken there are five navi-Gs

The first two are from Deep Jungle and Wonderland.
The next are from Traverse Town (defeating reverse guard) and Neverland.
And the final one is in the Traverse Town cavern.

Make sure you actually sealed Neverland. An easy way to check is if you have Fairy Harp. If you don't have it then return to the clock tower. If you do then your game glitched and you'll need to either cheat or start over.
