some people are accusing me for bad rep the first day i join someone gave me bad rep for giving them bad rep how did they know it was me? and i didn't even know how to do rep then. what should i do?

am is someone sighning the rep as my name and how do you get to know who give you that rep and some people give me randon bad rep heres one
