Video Help with Videos thread, all you needs for tips on your videos.

Well, I thought I could make this thread to help people with videos they are making.(NOTE: This is completely different from the previous threads Darkandroid has posted)
Have you ever wondered on a video, "MAN! I just lost this file, and I am restarting something different, that really needs more work!" or, "I really need some tips from a video editor."
Well, here is a thread where you can ask me any questions or any tips you could use to add to your videos.
You can either send me the video file(Windows Media Player works best for me) and let me see it. I can help you with any video file that contains effects from Sony Vegas or Windows Movie Maker. Adobe Premiere and After Effects are two things I am not completely familiar with. You can still put those works on this thread, and I will judge and give you suggestions on what to add.
I am a fairly experienced video editor(I wish I can be like Pwilliard D:), and I know the basics, and most of the advanced stuff, so if you question me, just look at these:
