Well, now I´m follow this tutorial: http://www.kh-vids.net/showthread.php?t=17636

    And I have three questions:

    1) How I put the gradient map options and how I put the gradient map to luminosity like is showed in this tutorial.

    2) How I set it to lighten and to darken like is said in this tutorial.

    3) How I put the selective colors options like I said in this tutorial.

Thanks, I true sorry if I am disturbing you with all those questions.

alright, i'll edit this post in a min with all the answers.
    EDIT:
Okay, First, Press control+L to bring up the layers pallet. At the top, you will see layer modes. it should say "normal" or something like that. Now, if you click on it, there will be a drop down menu, and you can select one of the modes (lighten only, Darken only, Overlay, Soft light, ect.).
Now, to do a gradient map, copy visible and Press Control+V to paste.
then, go filters>colors>Map>Gradient map. Then, you can select one of the gradient options. You could also use your custom colors, if you have them selected.
Now, since you are using GIMP, You can't do selective coloring, and you can't us ethe layer mode "luminosity". I say use levels(pretty sure that's in GIMP) or a color balance.
