help please

    ok i dont know if this is possible or not but i know of a bunch of programs that are .rar and for some odd reason my father doesnt want it istallened into the computer soo anyway is it possible for someone to take the files that i want and just upload them somewhere where i can download them so they are.zip not .rar...

    i really could use some help with this

    And um, why doesn't your dad want that on your computer?

    http://www.wobzip.org/index.php
    And extract online the file you want, without installing winrar or anything else. Then it will list the files inside the rar extracted so you can download them.
