Uh, yeah, how do I post a link/embed to a Youtube video so that it starts at a certain time frame, like if I wanted to start this video at 0:39, what do I do?
when it's at the timeframe you want, right click on it and hit "Copy video URL at current time" then just post the link.
On the YouTube website, click "Share". First, click "long link", then there should be a box with a changing number on it. Set the vid to 0:39 and pause it. Click the box with the number. Copy the link. Boom.
That. For your convenience. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=CiOujYl2TjM#t=39s
Simplest way i have ever seen, just pause it at the time you wish to have selected, then "Right-click" on the video and click "Copy video URL at current time"
