Okay, we all know about Sanctuary reversed, right? (From now on, I am referring to it as Reverse/Rebirth)

Less people know about Simple and Clean reversed. (From now on, I am calling it Paopu Fruit)

The lyrics to Reverse/Rebirth are fairly easy to understand.

The start of Paopu are easy too. But what about the rest?

    I have gotten:

    (voices heya)
Help me escape the fun/ Help me just this once
Ohhh, all I need right now is utter sweet love
ten year old will send ya a hero
Oh, what if what if endlessly/ Oh, running running endlessly
in room, suddenly it's a real planet oh,
    in room...
Help me escape the fun/ Help me just this once
Ohh, all I need right now is utter sweet love
Ten year old will send ya a hero
Oh, what if what if endlessly/ Oh, running running endlessly
in room, suddenly it's a real planet oh,
    in room...
    Hug it and let's go
    stay, stay and sleep
    feel it moving every night
    Wasn't he the devil/clever miss
    of course, he is evil

There, that is as far as I get without error.

    Help?

The Japanese version has english lines played forward.

Right when the metal guitar kicks in marching like (Where Sora jumps at Marly in the video)

It said the line. "My hearts a battle ground, I've given more than you."

I'm sorry, but none are the right ones. You see, songs reversed don't mean anything. Just look at those lyrics you wrote down. They make less sense than "Yellow Submarine" or that "I am the Walrus" song. I just don't understand why people continue to believe that reversed songs somehow have a meaning. They don't. They're just random, garbled collections of syllables to be interpreted differently by different people. The only reversed lyrics that make sense are in Sanctuary with "I need more affection than you know", "I need true emotions", "So many ups and downs" and "My heart's a battleground". TO be honest, I don't get why those lines were reversed in the first place. Right way round, they're the most beautifully-sung lines in the song.

They have an underlying theme in the lyrics. In Sanctuary reversed, it seems to be related to Riku and Roxas. There is "I hear I was ansem" "He was ansem" and "I need true emotion"

There are words, and people believe them because they sound real. Just because the words may not have been intended does not mean they don't exist.

Now, there may not be a story in there, but it makes about as much sense as the lyrics of sanctuary. More in fact, as it references the games.

Meh. Just my way of interpretation. If it is preferable, I will change the question to "How do you interpret the reversed songs?"

You guys stop arguing over a song backwards. D:

There may be meaning to it, there may not be. And Pika's not referring to ALL songs, he's just interpereting this one. If Sanctuary/Passion has a "backwards version", then why not Simple & Clean/Hikari?

And in all honesty, it might make more sense if it were in Japanese. That is how it was originally written, so the words may have been slightly lost in translation.

I wouldn't have the attention span necessary to do this, so very interesting and nice job. xD

It's hard to believe that they would make a song to be played backwards and still mean something. Maybe some lines are done like that on purpose...Like the "I was Ansem" type things...This song has some deeper meaning...so deep that some of it makes sense when played backwards. Kinda creepy, huh?
