Kingdom Hearts Heartless

Why doesn't Sora heartless look especially powerful/unique, like Ansem/Xehanort, and do you think there is a secret reason Riku has not lost his heart yet and created a heartless and nobody?

 

Sora had a powerful heart but he only had a small amount of Darkness. That's why he only became a measly Shadow.
The only reason Riku didn't lose his heart is because he didn't lose his heart. It's that simple. His body was possessed and his heart controlled, but he never lost it to the Darkness

 

yeah he did, riku lost his heart, at least, i would think. i mean, remeber mostly at the end at destiny islands, ansem had complete control over him. did he even have control over him or was he done using him or something like that?

 

Yeah but how Riku was acting in KH1 I thought for sure he I was gonna have to fight his heartless soon, I do wonder anytime in the future.....

 

Riku never lost his heart, because otherwise, a Nobody of him would have been created, and Nomura has stated that Riku currently has no Nobody. Yes, Ansem controlled him, but Riku's heart was never removed from his body.

 

yep he had a very strong heart, he was even keyblade worthy :D....until he started liking darkness...then the keyblade ditched him

 

Riku never lost his heart, he was simply possessed by a Heartless who used his body. If you think about it, if Riku lost his heart would he be there? No Sora was brought back by Kairi as a Princess of heart while Riku regained his body after the defeat of Xehanort's Heartless. In the end he was just fighting to keep control of his body until the end of his part in Castle Oblivion. If he had a nobody it definetly would of been in the organisation and his heartless would of been a boss, but since he hasn't lost his heart in any game yet the Heartless and Nobody bosses won't appear until that happens. If that made sense.

 

Actualy if you read ansems reports in depth Sora shouldn't have become a Shadow. Shadows and other Heartless with emblems are pure dark Heartless meaning they don't even have a heart to base their Darkness off of. But Sora should of had an equaly strong Heartless as his Nobody. He isn't the keyblade master of Light Mickey is or Kairi after KH2. And Riku is Darkness Sora is Twilight. I realy think they did it because they thought it would be easy and cool

 

that is why he turned into an ordinary shadow
