I thought Hayner was a direct transfer from one of the FF games... Are you trying to say he's not? NOTE: I dodn't watch the video because Youtube hates me and makes my comp lag.

may be based off somebody

I'm sure he got called "Chicken Wuss" at some point during the game, if you count that as a reference.

Well they both blonde with kinda the same hairstile, dislike Seifer, and like to fight (struggle on Hayner's place), oh also they get angry easily (chicken woss, lol).
So yeah maybe he's based on Zell at least a bit.

 

Yeah, he's a lot like Zell, both appearance wise and personality wise. They're both quick to anger, like to fight, and, most importantly, dislike Seifer. xP

 

I actually think that Hayner and Zell are nothing alike, and to imply so is an insult to Zell :/

They have blonde hair, that is about the only similarity I can say I see.

Maybe I am just not looking far enough into it.
