Kingdom Hearts II Have you lost to ---?

Another thread made me think of this.

Anyone lose to Twilight Thorn or Dark Side, the first bosses in the Station of Serenity? What happens? Does it just go onto the cutscene anyway or do you play until you beat them?

 

You die when you lose to the twilight thorn. But when you lose to Darkside, it just shows the same cutscene as when you win.

 

I never knew that. I'll have to try it. But, Darkside is a heartless while the thorn is a nobody who is stronger.

 

That's interesting... I figured it'd be the same outcome for a loss on both bosses. I hoped it would be a different cutscene for a win and for a lose though. Oh well. Thanks! ^^

 

Nope, never lost to them... I mean, even in Proud mode, it's kind of hard to loose to your first of the entire game...

 

I swear, the only reason I did lose to the Twilight Thorn was because it was 6am and I hadn't slept a wink yet.

 

I lost to Twilight Thorn on my first try, I was kinda confused I forgot to attack. My cousin did it for me on that first try, but I managed to do it on my own.

EDIT: and this was on Beginner mode O_o

 

My brother lost to the twilight thorn once, that was because it was our file proud mode file.

 

I've lost to darkside.
It was my first time ever playing Kingdom Hearts. Come to think of it, it was my first RPG.

It was the day after it came out. I was like, 8 or 9, okay?


I still can't figure out how I managed to do it, though...You'd have to try to lose if you wanted to lose in that battle.
