If anything, Dan looks too old to be Harry anymore...or is that just the make-up? *and if this just happens to be somewhere else, pardon me.*

 

I think it's great that he chose this kind of role in order to set himself aside from Harry Potter.. and he looks great, imo.. xD

I'd go to see it. >.> Despite the fact his character has a 'close' relationship with a horse, lmao.

He should still be Harry Potter, too.. I don't think it would seem right for Harry to be played by anyone other than Daniel Radcliffe.

I don't think he's too old... The guy that plays Ron is older.

 

XD I'm not gonna see it. My parents would kill me. But a little sneak peaks on Youtube wouldn't hurt...I probably won't. Wait...you saw that? O.O

I'm not saying that Dan shouldn't be Harry, he just looks like...really really old. XD I kinda miss the little helium Harry. I want to give him cookies.

 

I think it's good he is going for other roles, when it comes to a film like Harry Potter, he will always been known as Harry Potter, but it's good he is trying something different, he is evolving as an actor.

 

Ah yesh, our Harry is certainly growing up...

 

Well he was the right age in the first film, but it takes a good year and a half for the films to come out so now he is only 2 years older then the part, which isn't that bad, my friend played a 15 year old in a programme recently.

 

Fifteen? Shoo. I didn't know Rupert was older than Dan...

 

Yeahh...Daniel has clearly matured a LOT. I think this is a good role for him, though. Both as an actor and for an experience in the acting world ahead of him.

I don't think he's really capable of being "Harry Potter" much at all anymore. He seems older now and not really in any stance for a kids movie like that. :/

Though it would not be the same without him, might I add.

 

I say he could pull it off, if you look at alot of programmes especially in American you find people playing 15 year olds olds but are really 18 or even 19. You find in alot of american drama's they have actors that look older then the age they are acting as.

Like I said a friend of mine had a major role in the programme Doctors and he is 17/18 and played a 15 year old, and fitted the role perfectly.

 

Hmm...I have to agree with the Darky, Harry Potter wouldn't be the same without Dan. XD I wasn't expecting him to star in a movie like that though...how old's Harry supposed to be in the Order again? Like...16?

 

He's an actor and it's good that he is doing other things in his career.

Though alot of people will always remember him as Harry Potter. It'd be a big mistake if they repaced Dan. I mean, literally everyone has seen the guy grow and change dramatically.

 

I know! I heard waaay back before GOF came out that they were thinking about replacing Dan...but I highly doubt that'll happen. I'll send them hatemail or something if they do... >.>
