    I would say larxene but she pissed me off to no end so im'a say Terra.

    Demyx, I think, because he is sooo annoying, when you have to play his little mini-game.

    Or maybe Terra, you got to have a good strategy when you fight him.

    I haven't played it (but really want to), and I know instinctively that Terra's the hardest boss to kill.

    larxene no doubt.... terra is fun to fight but with a little luck he can be incredibly easy, so i go with larxene cuz you realy have to be consistant
