I've always wondered how people can make these popup messages.... *ponders*

 

Hmm...Yeah,i hadn't thought of it...

 

You can actually do it in paint xD
Just screencap a pop up next time you get one, go to paint and past it in there and scale it how you want it.
Then just erase the text by colouring over the recent one, make squares and write in them and

TADAM!

your own pop up ^_^. (I'm bad at explaining these things so shoot me xD)
