    It looks like you can't initialize Photoshop because the scratch disks are full.

    Very. Beema explained it too me. That photoshop is all dumb and won't open when the hard drive is full. Have to purge computer when I get home.

    Windows 7 and 8 can also use flash drives as this pseudo swap space I'm pretty sure but it will eventually kill them because flash drives have a finite rewrite amount or something.
