I asked out a girl I liked. I didn't expect her to say yes. She said yes. I don't know what to do for a date now. Help. Seriously. Help.
Sonic Adventure 2: Battle! Multiplayer kart racing with Doritos and licorice on standby. If she doesn't like it, she's not worth it. Course, that's rather serious for a first date. Red Robin?
I figured maybe we could watch Frozen? She practically squeed in the middle of class when I told her that I had it a while back. Or some other movie. I dunno.
I've never even heard of that movie. Tums, just do what feels natural. Don't over - think it. If you're going to watch Frozen, make sure it follows like a homemade dinner or something. Frozen by itself doesn't seem like a very romantic first date, not if you aren't going out to see it. What is she interested in? Btw, you shouldn't be that surprised she said yes. You're a handsome man who likely has a pretty badass scar on his chest now. Ladies like scars ... at least I do ...
Yeah, I figured Frozen would not be the best idea. I know she likes a lot of tv, but shows that I haven't not seen. I would really like to take her out to a movie, but I can barely pay for myself a lot of the time. Granted, I'm serious about this, so it won't kill me to save up cash for a date night. She also likes very dark comedy. Like, stuff that would offend anyone who would overhear us. Trust me, it is surprising. I'm a nerd, I'm loud at times, and past relationships have really shown me my own faults. I'm not going into this all "woe is me" though. I want a relationship, I'm just not used to trying to date someone, so I have no idea what to do.
If money is an issue, there's always inexpensive ways to do it. You could make your living room into the theater or something. Rent a movie [ or pick one from Netflix if you have it ], buy some packets of popcorn and a few boxes of candy at the store, maybe pick up a two - liter or something. Make the place your own private theater. Then, if you use Netflix, you can let her pick something and you won't have to worry about making the wrong selection.
That actually seems like the best idea. The living room is basically it's own theater, and there's a store not a far walk from my house. The only thing that was good about the money was that we're at the busy time in the semester where there is no time for much relaxing (unless you're me and minimally care for certain courses) so it won't be a right away kind of thing. Like, maybe in two weeks. Still, that's also time for more planning.
I was going to say this, but like order pizza and get ice cream or something (depending on what she eats, can be substituted for take away). I would love it if a guy did that for me, it feels more intimate. But well done : D it takes a lot of courage and I hope you enjoy it ^^ The best thing you can do is appeal to her interests (if she loves dark comedy- get one of those)
