Hacking Tutorial - How to rip KH2 models

Yes, it's just copying the files so it dosen't do anything to the game itself.

I know i'm technically bumping this, but I need help :P
How do i open models with this? It says drag .mdlx files to window, but when I do, nothing happens. Some models show up, others crash it, and some don't do anything. all of the ones to show up so far though have been Heartless. I want Sora's model though.whenever I try to drag his model to the window, nothing happens.

 

You have the msets right?

And also are you using the kh2 model viewer or the model viewer yaz0r made that supposibly works on kh1 and kh2 but only kh1?

IF your using the kh2 one try updating some software or re Extract the models and msets.

 

I'm using the one supplied in the video here. I tried again an got most of them working, but some still don't work. The one I've seen that's the worst is the Neoshadow model. Almost every other animation causes an exception to occur errors. But I'm probably never going to use that model for anything, so it doesn't really matter. i got Sora wrking, so i'm good.

 

Not every model is compatable such as some nobodys sephiroth and some heartless and probably some bosses.

 

Does anyone have a list of model names?

 

I'm having trouble with the damn KH2 Dump everytime I try to open it it comes up for only a second and then completely closes and that makes it really hard to exract the mdlx's and msets.D=< Plz help me!D:

 

Hey guys, I'm having trouble with the kh2 dumper, every time I open it it opens for one second them it immediately closes, can someone help me figure out how I could fix this, be it maybe updating a driver or plugin, and if so what driver/plugin? or if not, what else could I do to fix my problem with the model viewer?

nvm, my friend sent me the complete list of mdlx and mset files, now if I can get my laptop fixed I can access them again. lol!xD
