I made this as a result of boredom. Was gonna turn it into a fanfic, which I still might do but I want to see if anyone is interested in the rp version first. Btw, I really have no high hopes in this. Just posting it so it can be out there. _______________________________ The World, a wonderful online game in which players can enter a virtual world and go on amazing adventures with millions of people all around the globe. It's creator, CC Corp, has put in so much effort into this project to make it as perfect as possible. Having gone so well with it's initial launch, The World has been going strong for several years. At this point and time, CC Corp has started a special event available to all players of the world. They are promised to receive a special item of unknown origin but of tremendous power. What is odd about the event, is that are no details regarding how to start or complete the event. However, CC Corp did not officially sponsor this event. They have no records of the start in their system, nor do they know what the prize is. Upon discovering this 'anomaly', CC Corp attempted to stop the event, the event known as "The Twilight Arc". They failed and caused a massive server malfunction in the process. Since the Event had not caused any problems, CC Corp stopped pursuing the issue. That is until more 'anomalies' began appearing. They appeared to be rifts in The World. Space, ripped open, that sucked everything into it, including characters and portions of The World's data. Anything that went in, did not come out. The PCs(player characters) that were sucked in, had their real-life counterparts fall almost immediately into a coma. Again, CC Corp tried to shut the event down and failed, so they shut down the game for a short period of time when they had lost a significant amount of their member base. They Re-opened The World, assuring people that they had solved all of the problems. It worked, until again, more problems arose. Each server had seemingly merged together creating one massive mega server. All the major cities, gathered into place...Then another major problem developed. The appearance of creatures called Viraza. They appear out of the many rifts now popping up all over The World now and resemble small dragons with the aura that of Dopplegangers. They themselves have the same affect on PCs as the rifts, sending people into comas. Now with the population of The World dwindling on the edge of nothing, few stand against the threat of the the Viraza and the rifts, now called Corrses. Why is something like this happening in The World? Who or what is causing it?! What benefit do they gain from this? The handful of people left in the world are trying to put and end to the chaos and destruction. He is know seen mostly on the bridge of Mac Anu. What the user looks like: His hair is quite spiky and blue, and it flows back down his neck. His eyes are emerald green and he has two triangular markings on his cheeks. He wears an open black and red vest and flowing black pants. His shoes are just plain brown boots.

He's great-hearted, strong willed, a bit timid, and kind of a hot head at times. He's never really given out his member adress to anyone nor have they given theirs to him. In other words, he's a solo player. In The World, he's a mere Mercernary. Anyone can come to him and ask his help, but for a fee; of course. Whether it be PK someone, find me this rare item, etc. He works for money and money alone. Though, most of the times people just want him to PK certain players. It doesn't matter to him.
