Oh hey, I read a few of the books.

A drag at times, but not bad when the action comes in.

I loved that show. I recorded the movie once, but my mother tried to record over it with some flower show on PBS and ruined the tape.

    Poor Redwall...

I loved the whole concept of Martin the Warrior and the Prophecy of Mathias. I think my favorite series was Martin's. I cried at the end when Rose died.

    SPOILERS

Why do people do these things...

The third and final series was finished on February 19, 2001. I don't think that constitutes spoilers given this happened nearly 11 years ago... >_>

Yeah, the fast-and-loose rule is that a completed series is cleared for spoilers after approximately a year.

I consider something a spoiler if it is not known at one's current progress through the story.

    Understandable. I didn't tell you
    how she died.
    Would you like me to?

I actually usually just spoiler tag anything plot important regardless of time period. Like I wouldn't tell you how
Enkidu dies in the epic of Gilgamesh
    now would I?

Just because something happened 11 years ago doesn't mean they're not spoilers. That's stupid.

Ok, well then I guess I should tell you that
    Nazis lost WWII
    JFK was assassinated
    Ronald Reagan was Republican
    Japanese people speak Japanese
Sorry, these are shockers. Good thing I put them in spoilers, some people may not know even after all these years...

It does not count if they are not fictional, and is not used in the context of historical knowledge.

    3. A description of an important plot development in a television show, movie, etc., before it is shown to the public

So 11 years after being released to the general public? Makes sense.

I had a sentence below that stipulated, "or any individual", but I hoped I would not need to state it. Being released to the public does not necessarily mean that it is shown to all of the public like text-books are.

Are you willing to get your knickers in a bunch just because I said someone you might not even know of dies? This is stooping lower than being meticulous and annoying, Makaze.

I see your point, and it is valid. However, I believe so is my point.

I once punched someone in the face over a spoiler, and I may do so again.

I would rather you be more careful regardless, especially with characters deaths.

    Gosh, you're cute.

Im talking about, like Makaze said, fictional ****. Books, movies, all that crap.

Not old, public **** that everyone knows about.

I am not saying this to argue against you

but you are totally going about this wrong

NEVER violate the sanctity of the fiction-in-progress

Hm, so even if I did put it in spoilers, regardless you would have read it. The outcome, "I read this spoiler, but I was forewarned this was a spoiler so I'm not going to throw a tantrum." I do not see this as maturity, but as nitpicking. Sure, I may have been incorrect in not hiding a spoiler or something, but you take it too far.

    D:

Sorry for ruining your childhoods, guys. Even though most of you are either my age and younger and had NO idea as to what I was referring to in the first place.

*sigh* I'm always doing it wrong, huh?
