Hey, guys! Remember that idiot that sued Subway over the little thing of their sandwiches being 11 inches instead of 12 inches? Well, guess who's back and being an idiot again!?

I love how this guy is suing people for the smallest of things. I mean, yeah, you're going to have to pay more for DLCs, even if you buy a used game, but it's not that big of a deal. If you really want that DLC, save up your money. What you're paying for is the actual game, anything else is extra, like what you can get for a 3DS system these days; they don't come with the system itself, but you can always get more. For the love of everything good and pure, people need to stop freaking out over this stuff. This guy does know how the extra content works, right?
It's cases like this, especially the ones that make it into court because of the judge, who isn't helping my hope for the law system at all if he allows stuff like this, that really make me wonder about where humanity is headed with its politics and law.

Seriously, this is abuse of the legal system and these should be regularly turned away to stop more bs coming through.
Don't even see the point, this will cost him more time and money than if he had bought the online code, and would've led a more fulfilled life. But nope. I'd get it if this was actually a problem, like codes were causing some sort of harmF but this is really just someone who feels like he's getting cheated by business and the best way to resolve that is to sue it all.

Hope this doesnMt get through, i'm not defending GameStop, they should advertise this thing on pre owned sections of a store or website, but don't go to this extreme just to get your point across.

I wouldn't be surprised if people make a living off suing companies for ridiculous things. Remember the woman who sued McDonald's because she put hot coffee between her legs while driving and suffered severe burns because it spilled?

Between that suit and the rest getting media attention, of course people are suing. The same reason people are doing ridiculous things now, sometimes even suicidal, because it gets you on tv and most likely on the news, which brings ANOTHER ton of money. There are valid cases out there sometimes, I do note there are mistakes. I could mention one right now, but it turns my stomach thinking about it.

I actually have a good Gamestop in my area. At least, in the rare instances I go there. But I've heard thousands of complaints about Gamestop and how they run stores. So I'm not surprised there's still problems, but I have heard that they usually put something in there saying the content has already probably been used. Maybe they don't or they don't anymore. I don't know.

Why didn't he just buy it off Amazon anyway? Things are usually cheaper there.

That's slightly understandable. At least this isn't as completely ridiculous as the Subway fanasco, but it's still a tad bit ridiculous. Obviously you're not going to get content that came with the game if it's used. No one ever just buys a game and doesn't download the downloadable content.

I'm actually sick and tired of seeing these pointless charades. Though, I suppose they do have a point. Idiots keep filling their wallets. This guy needs to stop, no, people need to stop doing these idiotic things to make money. You want money? Go out and get a job. Try Wendy's, just don't put any digits in the chili.
