oh man, I used to watch this show so much when I was a kid. I don't even remember what series I watched because I watched like 7 or so of them. they kept going on and off that I can't remember the names. I remember there was one with like chibi gundams, and there's Gundan 00, but I don't think I ever saw that one, just read it
My first Gundam Series.......Gundam Wing and G Gundam. Especially G Gundam, I just love this show. Domon Kasshu: "Ore no kono tegau hikaruteru naru! Omae o Taose Kagayaku Sakebu!" HISSATSU! SHINING FINGER!!!!!"
I'm very particular about my Gundams, especially since I got into Armored Core and other such and lost my taste for "soft science" mecha (ROCKETS BEAMSWORDS LASERS OH MY). Gundam Wing is an old favorite for the story; G Gundam as well, though the camp makes up for the unrealistic mechanics. But 08th MS Team is always going to be my #1. It plays out like a real future with real people in real giant robots. They break down, they get damaged, they have moments of vulnerability and weakness... That is, the characters and the mechs. It intensifies the action and makes the story more relatable.
there was always one that I watched when I was young, but I can't remember what it was. It was like they were inside their robots and they had a giant space to move around in, and whatever they did in that space the robot did as well. I can't remember it though, but it was certainly my favorite
