Never. Again.

We're talking like...waist length long hair. Too much effort to take care off.

Is it that bad to take care of long hair? I wouldn't know, considering I'm a guy, for one, who also doesn't even get hair that grows long, it just piles on itself.

It is easier to take care of shorter hair, yes. Long hair, you're constantly worrying about it being in your face, falling into things, etc. Not to mention its harder to drag a hair brush through it.
Especially if you're like me and your hair is long and curly.

Shorter hair, you can just wake up and go. Longer hair, you have to take time with it.

 

Man, if I were as cute as Fearless...

 

I'm trying to decide between saying "You wouldn't be cute" and "You'd be the cutest person on the planet".

 

I think it's a little bit more dependent on the style than you make it out to be, but this is generally true. You also use a hell of a lot less shampoo & conditioner with short hair.

On the other hand, you typically need more frequent trims with short hair.

 

Meh, I was mostly just basing it on my own experiences with shorter hair. Then again, I haven't kept my hair short for like four years so what do I know.

 

I think I'd be AT LEAST "free soda" cute.

 

I'm not sure for other people. But I have thick hair. And my reasoning for getting it cut short was that I was getting creepy comments from customers at work and I was waking up with neck pains. And my hair likes to easily snarl and form knots that take effort to brush out.

I mean, it's cute when a little girl tells you that you remind her of Rapunzel because her favorite movie is Tangled. But it's not so cute when a man old enough to be your grandfather informs you that you like girls with long hair because they're easier to catch that way.

 

...So do I just sidestep all of that by tying mine in a ponytail :L
