So i had made a picture of Cloud Strife in casual wear and i am kinda curious to hear your feedback. I wanted to make something that he would wear so i hope it suits him... So hope you enjoy, and comments are always welcome! Spoiler
umm, good but disturbing. I mean, Cloud isn't really that grumpy faced. His face is more of a neutral face. And he seems a little smaller than he does in the games and movie. But other than that, it's really nice, you did the shading really well, and the perspective is really good
The only thing I see wrong are the eyes. They seem kinda smaller then the rest of the anatomy itself, and it doesn't seem to flow with everything. The collar bones too seem to have some discomfort in the whole sha-bang. I really like the thought you put into this, and the fingers look totally amazing. I really wish I could have this much talent, you can go somewhere with this. Please continue~
Wow man nice work!!!!! Kinda gotta go with Aqua from a judge-like way. The mouth looks a little off for me. But the sword and the modern cloths look awesome. Keep up the good work my friend:)
Hmm... i see where you're getting at... I thought it was pretty neutral. But that's why i wanted to hear all of your wonderful opinions! I think maybe we are used to seeing him in CG, so drawing it makes it seem different? But that's all I can get out of it... Why thank you! yeah, i actually felt that his head was a bit smaller than the rest of his body... but other than that... Hahaa thanks for commenting! I was originally thinking on making him look as realistic as possible, and one of those steps was to make his eyes shaped and positioned more like realism... but i quickly got tired and decided to just go with a realistic cartoon feel. So that was out of laziness. Yeah now that i look at it, the collar bones do seem like they are not right... D'aww thanks:) I will continue! Thanks so much! Hahaa was waiting for someone to say that. ^ Yeah i thought the style with the skulls and lines would look cool. So i had the wolf from his AC outfit in it instead. Thought it had a nice feel, plus it's on the same shoulder... Well thanks man! I appreciate it!
Not bad, but I think a full body drawing could work better. You did an excellent job drawing him, though -- it's pretty much artist-like. All the lines are nice and sharp, the color is nice, etc. I think this could go into a cartoon.

I guess i should have figured that the real FFVII fans would be the harshest critics... Hahaaa! Yeah i don't like his face either.
